We're only just into the New Year and maybe already that idea that seemed such a winner on December 31st is losing its appeal.
So, how do you keep New Years Resolutions?
The problem with most resolutions is that they are about loss, denial or avoidance. People make resolutions to lose weight or quit smoking or to watch less TV.
The problem with these sorts of New Years Resolutions is that once you've made a little progress, it's easy to lose motivation. Most people don't focus fully enough on the end benefits of their resolution and they don't have a strategy for pushing forward.
